Cancellation Policy

All appointments are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All appointments must be paid in full at time of booking. Location information is sent 24 hours before scheduled appointments. If you wish to cancel an appointment please contact us as soon as possible so that you are not charged our cancellation fee. For appointments cancelled less that 12 hours before an appointment you will be charged $10. All rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled within 72 hours and be set for 30 days from original appointment time.
